rain rain rain

As you will mybe have noticed it has been raining non stop for the last 48 hours-awesome...if you´re a frog, awful if you´re the usual human being.

I don´t really know what´s going on up there, but it probably ísn´t in any way positive, hoping for better weather I´m thinking of the short but extremly overheated summer we had...days spent by the lake sunbathing until one felt it was definetly time to move out of the sun, long summer nights by the bbq chatting away and forgetting as the hours passed by...Hopefully we will get one last glimpse of summer, one weekend to say goodbye...xoxo

time is moving so fast

hey to all nobodys out there!
I just realized that time is really moving soooo fast, meaning my time at school is nearly over for good. You may think this is a great thing, though I´m not sure about it, I have to admit.
Thinking of all the bad things(teachers, tests, anger, stress, dirty toilets, childoverflowing corridors.....) I´d definetly say "heck yeah! finally we are able to move on into adulthood!"...But then again school is also one of the most exciting things in my life, I´m not kidding. One thinks he has to got there but imagine a day without gossiping seeing your mates or having a laugh over one mad teacher...Although I´, really looking forward to my time as a student there´s still this nudging in my head saying, time is gonna pass and you´re gonna miss school either way...I´m thinking about studying abroad so I´d be all alone exploring the great outdoors:D...
Ít´s all quite a lot at the moment thinking about what to study and where, I mean how am i supposed to know what´s really right for ME?..I´m I really a potential journalist or rather a politician...is it wrong to exclude all sciences just because I dropped them a few years ago?...Problem is there´s nobody answering all these questions cause it´s me having to figure this all out...Well then that´s what I´m going to do love xoxo and have a good nights sleep!

one last approach!

Okay people this is going to be my new approach to blogging: Libertylondongirl encouraged me again and there´sactually nothing to lose. From now on I really am going to write about my life:
Summer´s arrived and there´s a lot on my agenda, started riving lessons and working at a big clothes department store. An well as you´ll probably know the WorldCup 2010 is on. I´m so looking forward to Sunday to see England vs. Germany . Strangely enough my mom supports England but my dad as areal Scotsman will do everything to badmouth the English team. What do you think is ist really "coming home"?

why?

so mr/mrs nobody tell me why absolutely nobody seems to be interested in my blog? I´d love to have some reasons to write more regulary!
Last week I went to Amsterdam and it was an amazing trip:)NOt only did we get to see a lot of naked skin of certain"working girls" but we also got to walk miles and miles along the canals ...it´s such a beutiful city each house in the old town seems like a piece of art: There seems to be a history to nearly every stone, you can just imagine the settlers and colonists having tea in the huge living rooms of their victorian-style mansions..............
One great thing my wonderful mom surprised me with was a visit to the fifteenrestaurant( JAMIE OLIVERS concept for young aspiring chefs)..to me it probably was the most exclusive meal I´ve ever had...of course we started the evening of in style with cuba libres and prosecco-cassis...........I´d love to post some pictures, but I haven´t loaded them up yet..so they are going to follow soon.
And just with the blink of an eye easter and the first week of school are nearly over. I´ve been quite a splurger lately:D I treated myself to a new Ipod and for my birthday a new bike came across my way:D

hell yeah!

holidays holidays holidays....I never felt I earned them more all the school stuff seems far away, for two great weeks anyway:)
Yesterday was an awesome day : Although BS isn´t a very attractive city I managed to talk my mum into joining me on my "I´m buying an Ipod"-tour....yes as you might guess I did finally splurge all my money on an 32gbtouh monster:D:D:D......after five years of 1st generations blackand white nano time well deserved I think!.....then we went to the cinema to see new york I love you-I had hoped for it to be a really amazing movie,but I was a bit disappointed,when I realized I had for once again set my hopes to high...although it was advertised to be a love letter to new york it focused more on the protagonists relationships, it´s not a bad thing but just not what I had expected......still seeing the skyline again after my trip back in the autumn I felt really sad, I want to go back now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....so for compensations I´m in the middle of rewatching the first season of gossip girl, there´s just no better thing than seeing a true blair fight on a late sunday morningxoxo!

so much to talk about!

Fort starters another year has passed and the time is moving rapidly into adulthood! That´s just so crazy if you think how the seconds and minutes and hours go by just with the blink of an eye. Yesterday was a great day, although due to my early morning unableness the unpacking of the pressies was combined with a few complications in the end I was very happy about the gifts`I got from my family,) So just to name a few: My granny gave me a nice retro adidas shoulder bag, perfect for everydaypurposes, as well as that there was awesomely urban carhatt parka beside my birthday cake;) oh yeah people the cake unfortunately I forgot to take a picture and there isn´t much left now:(...yummy cheesecake-victoria spunge kinda mix;)!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately after school I had to do some hours of studying cause we wrote a big German exam today, yeah as you can probably imgane it sucked as hell!..The ended wonderfully with going out dinner with my family and my best friend and her bf to a turkish restaurant that gives garlic a whole new meaning;)......yeah I love birthdays but I hate birthdays as they pass so quickly....

done and over with

finally my project(which is keeping from starting on posting professionally:!) is done and over with..yes internet and daily newspapers-what the new influences can cause...........

and tomorrow i´ll be hitting the city again;) yeah berlin here we come to be entertained by florence and the machine and credit crunching fun;)

some tips if you happen to cross the streets of our great capital:

-have breakfast on the kastanienallee, prenzlauer berg (watch great people with interesting characters and the most awesome clothes!)

-go to the neue schönhauser str. to shop secondhand and small designer stores(boss,bench,comptoir de cotonniers,hm trend.......)

-take a bike tour via unter den linden,brandenburger tor,sony center,tiergarten.....

-have dinner at the vapiano unter den linden(don´t miss out on the garlic!)

-listen to cds at dussman and let yourself be inspired by chilling city sounds

-visit the opera or the philarmonie

-sit at the spree and enjoy!!!!!!!!!

haven´t posted in a long time

well this doesn´t seen to bother anyone anyway but all for the better:
just watched the september issue and i do think grace coddington is a true genius and that she doesn´t at all look her age! and as well as that i noticed her wearing those odd clog-like half high sandalli things:D...and thakoon he´s just amazing i absolutely love the stuff he did for gap..it´s so strange cause i only know him from the teen vogue handbook and now he´s crossed my way again;) well life sometimes just is isn´t it?
i hate schoolwork at the moment as it takes up all my time i it does´nt seem as though i´m getting anything done...ahhhh!!!!!!!!!
yesterday it was our annual school ball and against all gruesome expectations i had a real blast...unfortunately it looked as though i would´nt have shoes to wear cause asos disappointed me heavily on thursday! but then i found a great pair with 12 cm high heels,great for people my size always feeling like a dwarf inbetween skyscrapers:D

excitement

I´m so excited,and I just can`t hide it..........well you know the rest...though it`s true for me;) I am very very excited and i cannot wait for sunday to come! Finally we´ll be able to leave the boring province and have a blast in the city(HH).....I´m still totally undecided what to pack..as for weather matters it´s scarves beanies and all the rest that make you hair stand out in the most annoying ways!....

anyway let´s forget all those snowy miseries and admire typical aa art;)

end of term

even though the new term has already started a few weeks ago the end-of term break is only coming up this week and lisa and me are heading up north to hamburg!!!!!!!!!!!!...there´s lots on our list and just the thought of american apparel and urban outfitters is making me happy;)

asos makes me happy

we all know it´s crucial to never ever even think of joining the vicious circle of onlineshopping, still we all do:D...last week i peeked around asos.com to find some last minute clearance deals and found a fantastic couch shopper as i like to call it....see for yourself if you like it ..the small black handbag is a classic flea-market bargain: an authentic aigner leather purse from the 50´s for 10 euros...........

bagels and pizza

finally emilia was willing to take me out on my christmaspresnet to have a good hearty bagel lunch ..but then unexpectedly "phils" is a great disappointment as they´ve decided to close on sundays. so where else to go on an early sunday than fabulous vapiano;)....so instead of cream cheese and coffe it´s pizza and espresso.....................

You probably won´t have noticed yet, but spring is soon about to hit us in all its beauty, well hopefully anyway. So for this purpose it´s never to early to keep your eyes open for new season gear;)...i personally favour these shoes from asos ....

hmmmm..so still there are no registered readers,but all for the better I´m posting the last thoughts of today. I just came back from the cinema and saw a sneak preview of the most peculiar;)(throwing in some good English here) version of Mr. Holmes and Dr. Watson. You know everybody´s been going on about how crappy this mainstream-guy richie-produce is, but actually I consider it rather a nice piece of moving pictures. Of course it does lack these moments of pipe-smoking calm and coke-puffing crazyness, not to mention no hint to Sherlock´s homosexual traits of character. As it´s already 11 I say I propose you see for yourself and either be taken on a rather pleasant two hour journey through 19th century London or be merrily disappointed by yet another piece of shit;)

morning sun

I had an amazing night and enjoying the non-existent morning sun at the moment..........................................though here´s a picture from better times;)

Today is supposedly going to be a very ordinary saturday...meeting up with a good freind for coffee..lunging round the house and maybe lounge around the house some more;)

Thank god it´s friday, though I´m bored to the bone at the moment. Hoping to go have some fun to night with two good friends in Big City Braunschweig:D.....But hopefully spirits are about to lift up because two small trips are on my agenda: Hamburg and Berlin, to go see Florence and the machine! yeah;)
